Fine Arts Camp 2024

We're so excited to be offering our 3rd annual Fine Arts Camp! This year, we'll once again be offering two identical sessions, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, in order to accomodate more campers. Camp registration is limited to 25 children per session on a first come, first served basis, so don't wait to register! (UPDATE: The Morning Session is now full, but we still have a few slots available in the Afternoon Session!)

Basics of the Fine Arts Camp:

WHEN? Morning Session: Monday, June 17 - Thursday, June 20 from 9am-Noon

Afternoon Session: Monday, June 17 - Thursday, June 20 from 1pm-4pm

The cost is $40/child. This registration fee includes a T-shirt, crafts, snacks, instruction, and a whole lot of fun throughout the week. If cost is a deterring factor, please contact us directly.

More About the Fine Arts Camp:

The teaching staff is well equipped with a wide range of experience in art, music, and drama. They are enthusiastic about providing a positive atmosphere where kids can grow while having a lot of fun. Children will develop their skills in the visual arts like drawing, painting, and sculpting; will enhance their abilities in musical areas like singing and instruments, and drama; learn about their Savior Jesus; and meet new friends! The children will be divided by age and each group will work on these different skills by means of age-appropriate instruction, games, and activities to allow each child to advance at their own pace, grow in their skills, and have the best possible experience.

Each day, all parents and guardians will bring their kids to our sign-in table right outside our church entrance. After registering your child, they will be escorted by a teacher to their group. Children will remain with their teacher, group, and other group leaders throughout the day. In order to sign-out your child, you will need to present a photo ID. If someone other than the registering parent is going to pick up your child, we must know in advance.

Friday Night Showcase - June 21

In order for the kids to show you all their hard work and fun, we will have the crafts on display and put on a public performance on the evening of Friday, June 21. The performance will be at 5:30pm for the Morning Session and 7:00pm for the Afternoon Session. The children will perform some songs, play some music, and put on a little theater show as well. We will have some light refreshments after the showcase and you will then be able to take home your child(ren)'s crafts.

What to bring?

Nothing! We'll provide everything needed for the camp. While we will have paint shirts for them to wear over their clothes while doing any of the messier crafts, we do encourage children not to wear their favorite clothes.
