Our Pastor

Pastor Nathanael Jensen has called Las Cruces his home and Cross of Christ his family since August of 2021. He is a 2015 graduate of Martin Luther College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in biblical languages, and a 2019 graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, where he received his Masters of Divinity. Before coming to Las Cruces, he served for three years in Reno, Nevada, and Saginaw, Michigan.

Pastor Jensen's wife Elena moved to Las Cruces when the two of them got married in June of 2023. Elena currently stays home with their son while serving Cross of Christ in various ways.

Pastor Jensen enjoys anything that includes physical activity, music, or getting to know people. But most of all, he enjoys sharing the saving message of Jesus Christ.
